Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create a free account, we collect your first name, last name, and email address, along with your password (stored only in encrypted form). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.

Payment information. Membership upgrades are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles them securely and shares only your subscription status with us.

Your work. Designs, sketches, tech packs, checklists, saved manufacturers, and other content you create in TFA are stored so you can access them from any device.

Usage and error data. We collect basic usage analytics (pages used, features used) and error reports so we can find and fix problems quickly. Analytics are set up through Google Analytics.

• To create and manage your account and keep it secure.
• To provide the TFA tools, save your work, and sync your membership status.
• To process payments and manage your Premium membership or AI credit packs.
• To send service emails — account confirmations, password resets, and important updates.
• To follow up with tips and support as you build your brand (you can opt out of marketing emails at any time).
• To monitor for issues, prevent abuse, and keep all Premium features properly locked.

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your name or email with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not collect payment card details in the app.

We only share data with the providers needed to run TFA:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — optional Google sign-in and analytics.
• GoHighLevel — our customer relationship system, which stores your name and email so our team can support you.
• AI providers — when you use AI tools such as the AI Design Studio, Fashion Mentor, or Tech Pack Generator, your prompt and attached content are sent to our AI provider to generate your result. We do not use your designs to train models.
• Email delivery — transactional emails (password resets, receipts, daily operational reports) are sent through our managed email service on our own domain.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or payment reasons (for example, transaction records).

• You can update your name and email in your Account page.
• You can opt out of follow-up emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
• You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and data by emailing support@tmcfashionacademy.com.
• If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing — contact us and we will help.

TFA is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password storage, and strict access controls on our database — Premium content and member records are locked at the database level, not just in the interface. No service is perfectly secure, but we monitor continuously and fix issues as soon as we find them.

If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or with a notice in the app. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
